Terms of Use

The agreement between you and GolfX. Last updated July 2026.

1. Accepting these terms

By using GolfX.Chat you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. You must be at least 18 years old to hold an account.

2. What GolfX is

GolfX is a golf information and community service. It includes 민준, an AI assistant, along with rankings, tournament data, news, a community feed, and listings for trips, lessons and equipment.

3. AI answers are not advice

민준 generates answers automatically and can be wrong. Verify anything that matters — tee times, travel bookings, prices, tournament dates, entry requirements — with the official source before relying on it. Nothing 민준 says is professional, medical, legal, or financial advice.

4. Accuracy of golf data

Rankings, scores and tournament information come from public sources and periodic imports. They may be delayed or incomplete, and historical statistics are explicitly labelled as such. GolfX is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official source for any tour, including the PGA TOUR, DP World Tour, LIV Golf, Asian Tour, LPGA or OWGR. Official standings should always be taken from the tour itself.

5. Your account

  • Keep your mobile number and access to it secure; you're responsible for activity on your account.
  • One account per person. Don't impersonate anyone.
  • Tell us promptly if you think your account has been compromised.

6. Content you post

You keep ownership of what you post. By posting, you grant GolfX a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and distribute it within the service.

You agree not to post content that:

  • infringes someone else's copyright, trademark or other rights
  • is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or sexually explicit
  • impersonates another person, player or organisation
  • is spam, or promotes a business without our agreement
  • contains malware or attempts to compromise the service

We may remove content or suspend accounts that breach these terms. Posts can be reported from the feed and are reviewed by our team.

7. Verified player profiles

Players may claim their profile. Claims are reviewed manually before approval. A verified badge means we have checked the claim to a reasonable standard, not that we endorse or represent the player. Posting as a player you do not represent is a serious breach and will result in removal.

8. Membership, points and payments

  • Paid plans include a monthly or yearly allowance of assistant queries ("points").
  • Unused points do not roll over unless the plan says otherwise.
  • Payments are processed by Razorpay; their terms apply to the transaction.
  • You may cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period.
  • Prices may change with 30 days' notice. Existing paid periods are unaffected.

9. Refunds

If the service is materially unavailable for a sustained period, contact us and we will consider a pro-rata refund. Point top-ups are non-refundable once consumed. Statutory rights, including any cooling-off period that applies where you live, are unaffected.

10. Advertising and sponsorship

GolfX displays sponsor advertising, marked as such. Paid plans at Pro level and above remove advertising. We are not responsible for the content of a sponsor's own website, and an ad is not an endorsement of the product.

11. Third-party listings

Trips, lessons, leagues and equipment listings are provided by organisers, coaches and retailers. GolfX is not a party to any booking or purchase you make with them, and does not guarantee price, availability or quality. Expressing interest in a listing is not a binding booking.

12. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • scrape, bulk-download or resell GolfX data
  • use automated tools to submit questions at volume
  • attempt to bypass points limits, paywalls or authentication
  • probe, scan or test the security of the service without written permission

13. Intellectual property

The GolfX name, interface, and original content are ours. Tour names, tournament names and player names belong to their respective owners and are used descriptively.

14. Availability

We aim to keep GolfX running but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change or be withdrawn. We may suspend access for maintenance or to protect the service.

15. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, GolfX is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions made in reliance on assistant answers or golf data. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

16. Ending your use

You can delete your account at any time from Settings or via the privacy request form. We may terminate accounts that breach these terms, with notice where practicable.

17. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Hyderabad have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you keep the benefit of any mandatory protections of your home country's law.

18. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified in the app or by message. Continuing to use GolfX after a change means you accept the revised terms.
